For seven years, he served as a principal member of an agency that leveraged celebrity talent and fame to fundraise and increase brand awareness for mission-driven organizations. Clients and partners included Heifer International, Children International, Hope North, Somaly Mam Foundation, Headcount, Google Ideas, The Body Shop, Condé Nast Traveler and GQ. 




In addition to being a successful film and television actor, she spent over a decade in the music industry overseeing high priority artists at Sony Music. She was co-founder of Konscious, one of the first streaming non-profit websites linking potential activists with appropriate causes, and developed and created the first Asian American television dramedy for PBS.  




As president of the boutique PR agency Spin Control, he often serviced time-crunched clients who crave quick ink and air.  Consumer-brand roster included Desigual USA, Duckie Brown, Porsche Cars North America, Pernod Ricard USA (Art Basel, Guggenheim, MoMA); LVMH (Aspen Food & Wine, South Beach Food & Wine); PepsiCo (Coachella); Heineken USA (Sundance Film Festival).
